Welcome to the Cool Ice Apps Documentation

This site is a manual for the four Cool Ice Apps (Inventory, Dashboard, CRM and Delivery). If you have any questions, please contact us at michael@bunny.software

Inventory: First Steps

Adding Ice: In the Inventory Log tab, tap the blue button with the plus sign, select the ice type you want to add and then the amount and a comment. You don't need to select any bag type, it's being selected automatically. Baals are also being created automatically for the 2kg Gourmet type.

Adding Bags: In the same way as above, but select "Just Bags", then select a Bag Item.

Removing Items: You can remove items by tapping the minus sign, the rest works the same as adding ice or bags.

Warning: If you accidentally added too much 2kg Gourmet Ice and want to correct your mistake, be careful to first and foremost remove Baals (amount/10), the remaining single digit 2kg Gourmet Ice items and then add the same amounts of Baal Bags and 2kg Gourmet Ice bags.

CRM: First Steps

Adding new Customers, Visit Forms and Order Requests: You can add these in the appropriate tab by tapping the blue plus button. The process should be straight forward.

In the top left menu, you can access Customers per Area views.

Delivery: First Steps

Delivering an Order: In the New Delivery tab, you can see the list of outstanding orders with the customer and the items to be delived. In the top of the Customers tab, you can search for customers to have a quick map of the destination.

Finalising a Delivery: Once you've arrived at your destination, tap the order in the New Deliveries tab, then tap the blue edit button. In the bottom of the entry, use the Delivery Proof section to select if you delivered less than ordered (due to wastage) and upload a photo of the delivery as proof, then tap Save.

Dashboard: First Steps

Creating and Authorising Orders: In the Orders tab, you can create orders by clicking the blue plus button, entering the data and clicking Save. Authorising an order is always a second step, which is done by clicking on the order, editing it with the blue edit button and changing the Authorise Order value to Y.

Converting Order Requests: In the New Order Requests tab, you can convert order requests from the CRM into orders by clicking on the order request, clicking the blue edit button and changing the Convert To Order value to Y. The order request will convert into an order, which you then can authorise in the Orders tab.
